About the firm

Built in courtrooms, not boardrooms

Since 2001, we've had one job: making negligent parties pay what they owe the people they hurt.

Our story

Two trial lawyers and a promise

Eleanor Harlow and Samuel Pierce met as public defenders — two lawyers who learned early that the system only works for people who have someone willing to fight for them. In 2001 they opened a two-room office with a single promise on the door: no client fights alone.

Twenty-five years later, that promise hasn't changed. The firm has grown to twenty attorneys and recovered over $480 million, but every case still starts the same way it did on day one — with a lawyer sitting across from you, listening.

What we believe

The values that decide how we practice

01

Clients before cases

We measure success by lives rebuilt, not just settlements signed.

Every case is built as if it's going to trial. That's exactly why most never have to.
